Operation system: Win7/8 /10 for Uceph stansard. Mac OS for Uceph Mac version.
Uceph is a green software. Once downloaded and uncompressed, it can be started with your dongle (for Uceph Standard) or ID (for Uceph online).
There is a quick operation guide with a QR code and a link in the package. Scan the QR code or click the link to download the software. Then plug the dongle into computer, only in this way can you work with the standard version.
The prices of Uceph for the two operation system aren’t equal. To swift to MAC version you need to fill the price difference.
The imported radiographs should be jpg, bmp or Png format.
No, you can install Uceph in any computer and run it as long as you’ve a dongle or an ID.
We provide users with e-version user’s guide and training videos online for free. You can get them by scanning QR code on the packing box or download from www.uceph.com.
Analyses available include Downs, Tweed, Steiner, Wits, Ricketts, Jarabak, ABO, KNU, etc. And other analyses are being added. Besides, You can customize your own analysis method.
We provide services such as technical support, software upgradation within the 12-month warranty period. Beyond this period, the services need to be payed (For details refer to Uceph announcement). Software updated or not dosen’t affect software’s function.
You have to pay for a new one dongle lost. Dongle-quality-induced software failure within wanttary period(one year) can be solved request for amendment or replacement. While payment is needed for repairment (current 300 yuan per) after the period is over.
